Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 11, 2026

Welcome to Grover Beach Concrete. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging our services or using our website.

1. Services

Grover Beach Concrete provides concrete contractor services including but not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, repairs, decorative concrete, and related construction services. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. All quotes and estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified in writing.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes and estimates are based on the information provided at the time of assessment. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from what was initially observed or if you request changes to the scope of work.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, prices quoted for accepted projects will be honored for the duration of that specific project unless modifications to the scope of work are requested.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or contract. Typical payment structures include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments as specified in your agreement.

Late payments may incur additional fees. If payment is not received according to the agreed terms, we reserve the right to place a lien on the property where services were performed, as permitted by California law.

4. Project Timeline and Delays

We will provide estimated completion dates for all projects. These timelines are estimates only and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit delays, or unforeseen site conditions.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make every effort to communicate any schedule changes promptly.

5. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship. Warranty terms will be specified in your service agreement and vary based on the type of work performed. Our warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, or acts of nature.

Concrete is a natural material that may develop minor surface cracks due to settling, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Such minor cracks are considered normal and are not covered under warranty unless they affect structural integrity.

6. Property Access and Site Conditions

You agree to provide clear access to the work site and to ensure that the area is free of obstacles that would prevent our crew from performing the work safely and efficiently. You are responsible for identifying and marking underground utilities before work begins.

We take reasonable care to protect your property during our work, but are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other hidden obstacles that were not properly marked or disclosed.

7. Cancellation and Changes

Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel a project after work has begun, you will be responsible for payment for all work completed and materials purchased up to the cancellation date.

Changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges and schedule adjustments.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services or the use of our website.

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage as required by law. Claims must be made in writing within 30 days of project completion.

9. Website Use

The content on our website is for informational purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate and current, we make no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information on the site.

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be governed by the laws of the State of California. You agree that any legal action must be brought in the courts of San Luis Obispo County, California.

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any concerns before pursuing legal action. Most issues can be resolved through good communication.
